relapsed
Here we are again. I feel like I constantly have an angel and a devil on my shoulders. I’m sick of feeling sick and want to recover but I also don’t. It’s a little mine boggling that I have been dealing with this for almost 12 years and I’m starting to lose hope in recovery. Sometimes I want to give up and give in, and right now is one of those times.

I'm hearing you and I'm really glad you posted.
I know it's tough when you want to give in and give up. Relapse is really difficult to deal with. It is also an opportunity to learn more about ourselves.
How are you dealing with this relapse? I hear the disappointment in your words, as well as the hopeless thoughts. Relapse does happen, and yet it is possible to get back on track after the relapse. What steps helped you to move into recovery in the first place? Do you have access or any of these options still?
