I'm new here and hoping this will help. I can't do this alone anymore.

Second off, listeners are always available whenever you need <3 I wish you the best of luck. I know you can get through this. You've gone so far already, and I admire you for that. You are stronger than you think you are. Best of luck!
Acts of Kindness everyone can do to (real) obese ppl like me:
when you park your car, kindly leave a decent space to the other car, maybe their owner will be obese person and never be able to get in and get stuck out of his car.
When elevator is nearly full, don't offer an Obese person to come in, it's more embarrassing than being Kind act.
When obese person sits on the table behind u in any cafe, please be kind enough to try to give a little extra space, you have normal body :) you can easily move :)
Please don't tell an obese person every time you see him/her: Oh you lost weight! Oh this clothes makes you look thinner! When are you planning to Diet! Let's diet together! Why don't you lose weight! sometimes when you need to loose 100 kgs / 250 pounds this questions just don't make sense anymore!
Kindly avoid looking directly to the most fat parts on my body, I have stopped that from years! it's very annoying!
Please don't give me suggestion/ comments while i'm ordering food or eating food, i really know what is healthy or what is not, what is enough for me and what is not!
Please don't tell them! Oh everyone remembers you! I really know that everyone remembers me for my GREAT SMILE (Unforgettable huge body)
Thanks a lot for reading, i'v been suffering with these my whole life, so don't think it don't happen, it happens almost daily
@politeCup86 - Thank you for sharing! We can all do better at being kinder to each other, and I appreciate the tips! <3
Can someone please tell me if 100/50 blood pressure is low???
@convivialFriend25
A normal systolic blood pressure is below 120. A systolic blood pressure of 120 to 139 means you have prehypertension, or borderline high blood pressure. Even people with prehypertension are at a higher risk of developing heart disease.
Most doctors consider chronically low blood pressure too low only if it causes noticeable symptoms. Some experts define low blood pressureas readings lower than 90 mm Hg systolic or 60 mm Hg diastolic — you need to have only one number in the low range for your blood pressure to be considered lower than normal.
@politeCup86 So youre pretty much saying that its in the low range right?
@convivialFriend25
i'm only giving you statistics saying, as it says it's considered low Only if it causes noticeable symptoms and below 60 and you said it's 50
best way to find out is to check with your doctor
I really, really want to go back!! gosh.. i'm so done!
@Shallan - You can do this! You can recover and be free from your eating disorder - I know it! PM me if you need some extra support or encouragement, and take care of yourself!
i feel weak - defeated - lonely - distanced - vulnerable and much more
@politeCup86 - I know you're struggling right now and that it's all too easy to start to feel defeated, but if there's one thing I know you're not, it's defeated. You still have so much fight left in you and I know how strong you are. You can get through this, and I am here to support you in any way I can. <3
@Anomalia thanks a lot for blving in me and 4 ur right words and 4 always bein here to suppoert <3
I don't know exactly how I feel. When you're trying to recovery everything is so strange. I know that is the right thing to do, but is so unnatural sometimes that it seems a forcing.
@Malinconia - I hear you! It is really hard sometimes to understand fully what you're feeling, especially when often those feelings are conflicting, with equal parts desire to recover and desire for things to stay as they are, making every step forward a combination of pride and guilt.
If you ever need someone to talk to about this, feel free to PM me. Take care and stay strong!
All i do now is binge its so disgusting
@convivialFriend25 - I'm sorry it's such a tough time for you right now and that binging has become a big issue. But you are stronger than you realize, and you have the power to take control of this disorder and to recover. It's not easy, and you will need support, but you have this whole community backing you and I can tell you that it is possible. You've got this.
I feel angry and tired. A part of me just wants to rip myself to shreds (figuratively). The more I starve myself, the worse I seem to look. I look bloated. Perhaps it's just my delusion... There is a guy that insists I'm not fat, but he has no right to judge that. He's a twig. I just want to feel nice for once. Of course, staying up at 3:30 in the morning to type this isn't helping one bit. I'm going to be exhausted tomorrow at school. And hungry.
@JustAShadow - It sounds to me like you've been trying to make yourself feel better by starving, but that it has only made you feel worse. Do you think it might be worth trying recovery to see if that can make things better, since your eating disorder isn't working to do that? I know it's really hard when you feel about your body the way you do, but I also know that being able to fight through it into recovery and start to redefine your worth outside of your body is an incredibly freeing thing and where you can actually start to find joy again.
If you want support, feel free to PM me anytime. I know you are strong enough to beat this.
Just woke up from a long night up feeling like I'm going to throw up liquids my stomach was so empty. When I finally got to sleep the only dreams I had were of me struggling to eat food and calorie counting. Seriously this is what I'm dreaming about now?
@amicableFig9824 - When the eating disorder consumes your thoughts while you're awake, it makes sense that it would start to consume your dreams, as well. But it doesn't always have to be like this. You can reclaim other parts of your life and bring them back in, rather than the single-minded focus on your disorder that you're feeling today. What did you used to focus on and dream about?
My dad. He was the boogeyman in my nightmares. I never have good dreams only bad ones. The best nights are the ones where I don't dream at all.
@amicableFig9824 - Got it. Well I'll confess that my knowledge of sleep and dreams is VERY limited, but to your original post about the degree to which your eating disorder is overtaking your life, if you want support as you work towards recovery, I would love to be a resource for you.
I'm absolutely miserable. I spent 11 hours binging and purging yesterday to the point where I couldn't move from my bathroom floor and I still feel like hell this morning. I'm fighting so many thoughts right now telling me to start binging but I know it'll be a repeat of yesterday if I start now.
@Cassidyjc I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling down today. Yesterday may have been a setback, but it was not a defeat. I know you have the strength to make it through today. Wishing you all the best in this, and if you need the extra support, remember that all of us here at 7 Cups are willing to listen and help you.
