I live at my moms place and I still get punished when I break a rule. Im okay with it and I wonder if others are also in this situation. It does bring a lot of anxiety tho.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear this situation is causing you a lot of anxiety. When I lived in my parents' house, there was punishment for breaking rules too (even as an adult). I hope that you are able to find a way to work out this situation by communicating with your mom.
