Too much on my plate

Tonight I just found out my mother tried to commit suicide, she’s in 200,000 dollars of debt and we will be selling my childhood home (I’m also living in it) in the next month or two. I genuinely do not know how to process this all and am feeling so overwhelmed.

That's a lot of information to hear all at once. I imagine it's been extremely overwhelming emotionally. I can't imagine all of that being on my plate at once. My heart goes out to you and your family. Thank you for sharing with us. Best of luck to you all.
