For parents who are trying to break the cycle, and to parent in a different way, what are the best resources you have come across that have helped you in your parenting?

I Think it would depend on the items you are trying to change...
Most of the people I personally know who were successful in changing just remember what their parent would have done ... and they do the opposite.
