Parents who are only good at punishing me

Hello, so... I'm not feeling very well right now. I'm 17, almost 18. My parents think they can punish me for breaking stupid rules they made up just to take away my breath, by taking money from my allowance. I don't know what to do. I wish I had a manual to help me survive all this as best as possible. I thought things could get better, but I was wrong. Is this just me?
