Slipping away
Foster mom of 30 years is 94 years old with dementia and other health problems. I live with her and it is very difficult each day watching her slip away further and further.
She and her family haven't been good to me and have been very abusive all these years and isolating me and don't treat me okay and have never loved me . They have always made it known that they just view me as a carer for their mother so that they don't have to be bothered with her much nor move her in with them or put her in a home...so they are using me to tend to her.
Even though everything..I still love and care for her deeply, and it's very difficult and I feel badly that I can't fix her and make her better and deage her

It is beautiful that you are tending to the needs of your foster mom..
I admire you for struggling with doubt about your parents. They definitely shouldn't be saying such harsh things to you..
We all have a place in the world. I feel You have been deceived.
