Ex-Friendship - How to get over it?

If you've seen my last posts, you may know of a reoccurring issue with my friend, Orange. This is a more minor issue but lately when I see him getting praise or even his name mentioned, I can't help but feel annoyed. The annoyance worsens when its praise as due to our past drama(?), I feel in a way he doesn't 'deserve' praise. Any help for getting over this?

I know, it seems unfair, but we cannot have control over what praise other people get or don't get.
You just have to concentrate and focus on you as hard as that might be 💖
