How does one handle separation?
Growing up I didn't have friends and now that I'm almost finished with 11th grade I find myself always anxious over the close friends I have. I always feel like I'm skating on thin ice with them despite knowing that if I do something to upset them, they'll let me know. Whenever we don't talk for more than a few days I get extremely anxious, to the point where I sit and have to think back if I did anything harmful. I almost ended a friendship because we hadn't seen each other in the physical in a week (to me what felt like months) and I figured we were just growing apart, ignoring that I still very much wanted to be near them. How do I deal with this healthily? How do I convince myself that a few days of not seeing each other isn't worth worrying about?
I've same story like u ,I Wana talk to you ,how can I do,I'm new plzz
The best way I can help you is to say, I’m about twice your age. My friends are all over the country, pre occupied with careers and families. We don’t see each other for years sometimes. It makes bo difference in how good of friends we are. You remember how people treated you and usually the last thing that happened between you weighs highly. Try to always walk away on a positive note and you’ll be ok. You don’t lose friends unless you wrong them.
