Learning to appreciate connections that don’t last forever
Sometimes we meet people who are not obligated to stay, yet they choose to give their time, patience, and emotional energy when we need it most.
I’ve been thinking about how strange human connections can be — how someone can help you through a difficult phase and then quietly move on. There’s no anger, just gratitude… and maybe a little sadness because you never get to properly thank them.
I’m learning that some people are meant for certain chapters of our lives, not the whole story. And even if we walk alone afterward, their kindness still matters.
Has anyone else felt grateful for someone they may never speak to again?

I heard this many years ago and live by it...
Everyone that we come across is either a lesson ... or a blessing.
