Letting Hurt Go

Hello 7 Cup family,

Back in Jan my best friend of 8 years cut off our friendship for a new relationship with a guy. She said some really hurtful and untrue things in her final voice memo to me and ended up using some of the secrets I shared with her and trusted her with to do it.

When I think about it, although it has been more than 6 mths, I still feel like I was treated like dirt and deserved better. I also get lonely as I don’t have anyone else I feel close to.

She’s moved on. I see her happy photos on social media despite not being friends there either. It makes me feel anxious and disappointed.
