@enthusiasticNickel5008 I am so sorry to hear that you find it somewhat difficult to make a meet friends in your hometown.... but I really am glad you are. Members come on 7cups to connect with listeners and to find someone they can trust and talk to. Afterall, this is a mental health platform. :) However, even so... I know you are looking for friends but if I may suggest-- just let it be. I have found that friendships on here sort of just grow and bloom over time amongst people. No having to force it. It sort of just happens. Put yourself out there, connect with listeners when you need, check out the forums and "show face", participate in discussions, check out the support rooms, etc. These are all great ways to meet people on the platform. As time goes by, rapport is built, and you will find people who just make you feel better about yourself and life. I know I have. I really wish you happiness. :)
