Ice breaker Questions
Making friends normally starts with getting to know someone by breaking the ice or finding a common hobby or similarity between you and another person. What are your favourite (or least favourite) icebreakers, and why? What would your answer to it normally be?
My favourites are "If you could have one food only for the rest of your life, what would it be, and why?" and "What's your favourite form of water" since I feel like I get to know how peoples minds work! Feel free to answer those icebreakers as well!
Hiya @ZoesQuietWhispers nice to meet you! 💛 I agree, ice breakers are a great way to start a conversation and get to know people better.
Hey! @Sunisshiningandsoareyou
I think that pizza is such a good answer! Especially because it can change a lot which is kinda why I'd have to go with burritos as a food I had for the rest of my life!!
The form of water one is my favourite since it honestly has so many possibilities for an answer.
My favourite form of water is rapids since they're quick moving. A while ago, someone once told me that your favourite water format is how you see life.
I simply want to know you has to set your boundary first and just being yourself truthfully honestly and use your sincere to know others.

Depending on the how you read the situation when meeting someone which is way better in person I think the best ice breaker is to make someone laugh. If you can laugh together you can help each other heal a little bit from anything you both might be going through and break through some social anxiety that might be going on. Plus seeing someone truly smile starts those happy chemicals in my brain and helps me learn their boundaries like another user has said. Anyways, That's my 2 cents. There's no perfect way to socialize with someone and every new person is a new experience. That's why it's so beautiful.
Helloo @dapperApple5836!
I think that's a great way to think of this! When we smile and laugh with others, our brains release serotonin and dopamine (aka happy feelings) and we create a connection with that person!
Do you have a favourite thing to say to someone you meet or is it just based on vibes/in the momentness?
@ZoesQuietWhispers
It's totally different with everyone that I meet. Like my family just makes fun of each other in the family way and I know some people are like that Some people are totally serious but I like when someone is comfortable laughing at themselves. It's such a pure form of confidence. I'm not comedian but I don't take any type of comedy off the table. The world is ridiculous and that's funny and cool.
Also, I think favorite form of water would be clouds or the ice caps. Pretty important. 😁 And peanut butter is just the best edible substance on the planet.
