Loneliness
I just feel very lonely. I just have one friend with whom I share my stuff but she too is busy with her life and ppls

If you feel you need to vent or talk things thru this is a good place to do that .. anonymous ... also you can be your own BFF and journal or talk it out with yourself... many different points of view shared.
Next option is to meet new people of course we cannot share deep things with a brand new friend but listening and getting to know a person IMO sometimes is a good way to take inventory of where you are and how you feel about various items.
