Making new friends
Hello everyone,
I am looking to make some new friends. I am 53 and travel for work so I am rarely home. Would love to meet some people to share stories of life with and help each other when we are down. I've had a lot of loss in the past couple of years and that has left me very lonely. It's time to start meeting new people and live again.

I'm sorry for your loss. Any loss of someone in our life can lead to loneliness, so I understand. It's great to hear you have a constructive attitude to doing something about building relationships by getting out there and making contact. Because it must be challenging, if you are away from home a lot. We are so lucky to have the Internet as a way to connect to friends wherever we are.
