My best friend is hiding things from me
Hi, I’m best friends with a person for 5 years now and we’ve been very very close. She never hides anything from me but recently she’s talking to a guy and she likes him but she is hiding stuff from me, like their chats and she deletes them too.
upon Asking once, she said me to respect her privacy. I understand her space but at the same time it’s bothering me too much. That guy is also a very good friend of mine. We are a group of 3 and maybe I’m feeling a lil left out that’s why I’m feeling this way. I don’t really know what’s happening with me.

Best friends still have their own privacy.... and in the beginning of a relationship regardless if you are friends with both people. That 3 is a crowd... silly texts or chats flirting should not be analyzed or read by others ....
it is always a risk if a couple of friends start liking each other and date the other "friend" is sort of left out. it is not a threat to our friendship Unless you insist on butting in on their private chats.
We cant help but have this feeling of loneliness cause when people get in relationship they tent to change thats kinda sad but i guess its the reality .

Have you talked with that person cause communication is essential or give that person some time to contruct the thoughts on whats happening in their life and he or she might tell you.
