Unreciprocated Energy
Hi :) How do you guys deal with the situation where your friends never take the initiative in your friend groups or never reciprocated the same energy you have exerted/shown to them?

There is no one answer ... have you discussed with them?
I lost a friendship when i was always making plans driving to close for them but out of way for me etc...
i kind of just "forgot" to do all the work in picking place making reservations etc and thinking they would clue in and step up finally just slowly quit doing anything then later we talked about it they said they assumed "i loved doing all the prep etc" and i said "NO i hate it ..." was a big stressors to the friendship but if i had spoken up early instead of after a problem it might have gone differently.
