fight with friend.
im in a fight with my friend rn since he called my a wh*re and im feeling weird because hes been my friend for a long time and i cant imagine what other bad stuff hes been saying behind my back. my gut instinct is to not stay friends with him and just not give him a second chance. any advice from people that have been through the same thing or have any advice in general. thx.

While it really suck to be talked about behind your back and called horrible things. I guess moving forward you need to decide about what the fight was about...
other then this fight was the friendship good before..... do you still think you could be friends?
perhaps your friends conflict style ... what i mean is some people go overboard in a dispute and say or do things that are hard .......if not impossible to take back....every confrontation is scorched earth....
i know a few in my family are like this .... to them they think " oh that was so yesterday " but to the person this name called or action was way over their boundaries.... and sometimes it cannot be rectified. If your friend does this you could be a huge help in showing them this because it is something that can be unlearned.
