If you have ever had Jerk Chicken, Scotch Bonnet is the main hot pepper used for flavoring.

my definition of a dippy egg is one that’s cooked over easy
@mytwistedsoul I guess dippy for us, would be soft and runny? But I get it as a crispy fried egg so it's more set and sits on the beef patty, tastes great as a cheeseburger :)
Dippy egg yolk or soft boiled eggs were more a childhood thing, to dip toast into, we called it egg and soldiers but as I got older, I prefer them cooked longer.
