@jesusredeemedme2425 Offal dish in my country 🥴 it's basically made from cow or sheep brains boiled, grinded, and stir-fried with onions, coriander seeds, green chillies, turmeric, and ginger-garlic paste. It tasted good but knowing I am eating a brain eeeewww that made me feel so much weirdd 😐😂😂
But like why??? Why eat brains? Who came up with this idea? Hehe

Not really, it's a bit mixed taste... It's sweet at the very first and slightly bitter at the end, the smell is the worst thing ever 🤢
It's bit better to drink if the honey added but still it's the worst ever. 😭😭
