What is the first thing you do after getting home from a trip?

@jesusredeemedme2425 After coming home from a trip, I always freshen up with a shower and then unpack my luggage (yes, I know!) I put everything back in its proper place, return the travel bag to its resting spot and only then do I allow myself to sleep or rest🙂 It’s always been a habit so it kicks in almost automatically as I cross my doorstep. Honestly... it’s the same routine I follow even after just stepping outside—freshen up, reset and settle down.
The way I am these days, usually the first thing is to run to the bathroom. 😒
@slowdecline48 I agree... the shower and the bathroom! The one thing you really miss while traveling is your own bathroom. I don't care if it's a luxury hotel bathroom..... I want mine!!
I'm usually the one driving back, so I crash.
Uh. Hopefully not while driving XD
