I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say?

They are wrong.
1. You are strong and you can do it
2. Appreciate your smaller wins, that's why I am proud of you
3. Life is all about learning at each and every step

Watch sunsets
Live, love, laugh.

1. Take better care of yourself and prioritize your interests throughout your life
2. divorce him earlier!
3. Believe it or not, in the future, big butts are in!
