@jesusredeemedme2425 I would say it is tasking day 😁 it's basically a day when I go out and run all the errands I need to do outside on one go that I was procrastinating on or do multiple smaller things I was putting off 😁

There are more types of rest, that should be used to counter-balance the type of stress and exhaustion you feel. So first of all, think about what do you have too much of. For example, if you have a physical job, you may need a more calm and sedentary and relaxing rest activity. If you are sitting all day, you may need to move a little for best effect. So let´s get into it:
First step is to yeet your phone out of your reach to a place you are extremely lazy to get it from, especially if you are about to do something at home or something passive
Active physical rest:
- gentle stretching
- take a walk
- take a pilates class
- go to the gym
- swim
- hike
- do some sport or form of movement you enjoy
Passive physical rest:
- massage
- sauna
- bubble bath
- listening to music with your eyes closed
- take your mom out for a picnic or go on your own
Creative and inspiring rest:
- do a creative hobby
- read something
- watch a show or a movie
- troll people on reddit
Mental health recharge:
- lay down on the bed and pretend to be a piece of wood, just existing
- cry if you need to or journal a little
- book a therapy session
- go to a cat or dog caffee
- watch the sunset
- read a little from your Bible, pray or attend a mass or church event
