I wish I could tell everybody that it is ok to be sad. It is ok to feel hopeless or numb. Just try to give yourself a chance and see life with brand new eyes each day. It might be hard, but it is worth it. I always thought happiness was something we were all meant to have, but the truth is, you decide to be happy, you decide how to feel. So, get out of bed, put on your shoes and go! See everything all around you. There's an adventure within each step💙
