I always found it difficult to be stern with people when necessary. I have a pending delivery which I was supposed to receive last week. The shopping site hasn't even been responding to my messages so I called them and gave them a piece of my mind. Stern but respectful.

One challenge for me was to improve myself every day, but I had tried to overcome it by making sure I read or spend some time with myself in improving each corner of my life.

Managing my emotions- by talking it out and learning to feel through them and not bottle them up inside

I still am overcoming the challenge of accepting myself in an education environment. I have really clever friends who not only try hard but are also naturally clever too, but im not naturally clever, so have to try twice or three times as hard to probably understand the same concept, and knowing i need the top grades to move ahead in my studies makes it really hard. But im slowly understanding that i can do, just as well as them, its just it takes alittle longer for me and thats FINE!!!

@Tazzie I overcame the challenge of wanting to change my major just because it was hard. I had a really rough semester in the fall of my sophomore year and I wanted to drop my major so bad, but I persevered and now I'm going to be a senior and I'm so happy I didn't give up!

I overcame the fear of public speaking as i am an introvert and since my childhood i used to stammer in school in front of so many people. But then i started practicing in front of a mirror and it took me 6 months to overcome my stammering problem (it happened out of anxiety).Yes i never stammered normally but while public speaking it happened a lot. There is a quote which i think suits me best related to this incident:)

"When the pain of staying is greater

than our fear of the unknown,

we find our wings."
