One challenge that I have overcome is procrastination that made it difficult for me to study and achieve high grades. Glad I was able to work past this and proceed to second year.

@mysteriousButterfly2020

Do you have any tips for how to do this? I really struggle with it too and would love some advice.

Personally, I like to break my to do list into smaller and more managable chunks. This way I am able to do some work every day. I set little daily goals and make sure I reach them everyday. Send me a message if you'd like to chat! We can come up with some ideas on what will work best for you smiley

Making phone calls. I hate to do that because that's when my anxiety gets worst. I managed to make 2 important phone calls this week and I'm really surprised by that.

@Tazzie I overcame the fear of talking to guys. I still do get really nervous, but I have a few very good guy friends and I love them so much.

Been in the past dealing the challenge of getting over a breakup and finally have stopped comparing my new crushes to my former partner. Most of it was just giving it time.

I have overcome the fact that I have shortcomings and I am not like other people and I am slowly learning to love myself.

@Tazzie I overcame my fear of being in the bathroom by myself. My anxiety and paranoia due to a bad trip had me afriad to do anything by myself or be anywhere by myself. I still feel anxious when I enter the bathroom alone but, it's gotten better.

@Tazzie

To stop thinking about the past. By realising that we can't change what happened in the past and accepting that whatever happened in the past was good for me.

I overcame my test anxiety!

Before, I used to be incredibly anxious and scared when writing exams. This would get so bad that I would forget most of the answers

Now, I'm much more confident and no longer feel anxious :)
