Translating: Rice porridge, pasta with gravy and sometimes meat, dumplings with coconut, jaggery (unrefined sugar), and sometimes cardamom. Did I get it right? I looked them up on the internet hehe

Pongal was famous in TN 😁 for the festival known "Pongal" 😂 , "Kolakattai" also belongs to TN. It's can be cooked spicy too, but i prefer sweet one 😋😋
And "Sutriyan" my fav, it's Hyderabadi food 😋
