Can be hard to tell, some are reserved or shy, not everyone is open and bubbly. Eye contact is good, if they are chatty and not just giving clipped answers or questions..
Some people just hide their true mood though.
It's nice if someone warmly greets you and is bursting to share. Sorry hard question to answer ha
