Weird Breakfast Foods

How is a food categorized as either breakfast or lunch or dinner food?
I have eaten what I had on hand ........
regardless of time of day or some sort of random assignment of This is a breakfast food..... so how would I know if it was "weird for breakfast" ?
i often eat leftovers for breakfast as it is easier then making traditional "breakfast" foods.... so stir-fry today .... mac and cheese a few days ago ... finished some ice cream yesterday.
That IS a good question. What constitutes a breakfast food? Who chose them as normal, and said that all other foods eaten for breakfast are unusual? I wonder how many years that goes back.

Probably kimchi. Unusual for most non-korean people at least.
