After what feels like lifetimes of amplified emotion, trauma, self-harming, and all kinds of fun things... I feel like I've somehow finally learned how to keep myself busy and interested in life. How to be effective in place of being emotional. How to enjoy the little things instead of dwelling on the big things that aren't present. Thriving, for once.
