What Made You Smile Today?
I walked in the park, even though it was cold and the snow knee deep; it was beautiful moment. Even though I don't have enough money, even though the person I love struggling both mentally and financially, and even though all I have to eat at home is bread crackers and maybe some suspicious cheese, I am happy because right now I'm alive in a strange world I won't quite understand; I'll do my best to be whatever it is I'm destined to be.
Just keep taking in those beautiful moments my friend! You are awesome and this strange world we live in would be a colder, darker place without you :)!

Seeing a couple old friends on the elevator today, they hadn't seen me since I cut off my hair (I used to have hair all the way down past my waist - I was a bit of a rock star lol). It was quite nice to see them after so long and to get a chance to share my story with someone face to face. It felt good to be honest with them and their support was surprisingly warm and immediate. People are so surprising when you allow them to rise to the occasion. Thank you Scott and Marilyn! Still smiling!

What made me smile was watching the news and seeing that on groundhog day the groundhog bit the mayor in the ear. LOL
