Today that made me smile was knowing I could help people and get help at the same time 😊 I also spent a lot of time with my sick grandmother ( she has cancer stage 4). God bless you all!☺

I saw my sister today . Who I haven't seen in like a year so it was nice to catch up and we had girls day out and went shopping. Because of her I didn't self harm today!

@intuitivefig7646, thats great to hear that being with your sister kept you from cutting. Next time you feel the need to cut, why dont you think of this day or think of other happy times with her. Maybe have a picture of her there too. Im pulling for you.
What I am posting has not made me smile. But when I read this young ladys post I had a big lump in my throat. Tears in my eyes. And my heart ached . Read it at "Whats up" forum post. @SophieButterfly is in hospital and very ill. I am trying my best to support her. But could we please spread word. Have some nice posts put up for Sophie please. Perhaps if some one could sub post link to her page please I would be very greatfull. ☺☺☺☺
I was feeling blue, but when I got home, there was my faithful dog to greet me as if I am her favorite person in the whole world. Instant smile.
I fell on a rocky trail today and my dog ran to me with this Are you ok? look in his face.
I started my summer school teacher job today with autistic children. I've been doing this job for years now and it literally brings so much joy to my life knowing how much I connect with my students and how much I make a difference.
After a sleepless night of crying into my pillow, I went to work and was uplifted by the most wonderful co-workers anyone could ever have. I am so thankful for my job and my colleagues.
My physical therapy was affective today.
