Ooh...phycology and philosophy...that's such an interesting combo. I love philosophy too. I read a bit and dabble whenever I can. Phycology I’m less familiar with but I know it’s becoming a suuuper relevant field, especially in biotech. u know with bioremediation, biofuels, biopharma, bioplastics… basically everything that starts with bio has at least one algal component in it (I will not be geeking out about lichens now... I am force stopping myself) Speaking of biotech... algae is so cool. I saw those videos of liquid trees... algae in glass tanks used in cities to reduce the heating effects bcoz god forbid we actually plant some f*cking trees! (sorry for swearing) But hey, it looks dystopian and cool... 🙂

@7Bear7 aw sorry<3 I think it was an emotional story. It was about a sick child being visited by Grim who would sit by her bedside waiting. And they sort of became friends swapping stories. The child had a sad life and in the end the Grim made a self sacrifice to give her another chance. After she was well all she remembered was that a raven used to visit her.

Definitely had fun! There was about 8-6 people there, we eat and then have Bible study, then presents. Then we talked and played games and dessert was in there somewhere!
