Ghibli movies.... what about you?
@azurePond
Love that! Me, I love watching movies at home. Thrillers, romance, psychological horror; with some chips and dim lights.

@trueconfidant123 admit it...even as grown adults, this is still fun & relaxing

for us we been blessed by a therapist online that given us free therapy for many years, she also a survivor of abuse too. she can no longer work for money due to her having RA since she was very young and not getting medical treatment for it due to her parents. but she always been there for us and few others. know her for over 20 yrs.
we also have got and given support in chatrooms/forums too. that has helped us a lot as they been safe for us even before we could get help offline too. we like peer to peer support the best too.
@stormieandpaws
She seems super kind and generous 😊

What's your favourite coffee?

sunshine and petting cats
@Heather225
Both lovely activities. Petting cats and watching them purr can be so wholesome.

I WANT THIS KITTEN <3

Therapy sessions with therapists who care so much about their patients and their mental health that they don’t care if they can’t pay for it and offer free sessions for any and all their patients everyday.
Aside from that, listening to music, writing, journaling, spending time with yourself when needed or with friends when that’s needed.
Long-play ambient music, while wearing a set of earbuds...but it has to be the right kind of ambient stuff. I'm picky about my stress-relief soundtracks.
Also - Macramé (& occasionally knotting) with hemp twine. Technically it's not free, but you can buy balls of hemp twine online for a pittance if you know where to shop. Macramé is repetitive & not too physically demanding, so it can serve as a tool of meditation. Plus you can make useful things with it, like belts & even cases for small objects.

Dancing is my escape 🥰
My nephew who is only eleven, loves Lego, slime, glitter, experiments, mud, rolling down the hill, making his own comics, when ai needs to unwind I spend the day wirh him, being w child and getting rolled down that hill, alternating between pushing each other on a swing, fighting over the last ice-cream and living in our fort, preparing for battle, our waterguns at the ready, fail to prepare, prepare to fail 😁💜
