@plantkissed well i was very recently reminded how much it means to get an unsolicited hug. I was having a very stressful day and a coworker made me go for a walk with her and let me vent. I of coursr started crying and she just hugged me and said i had every right to feel what i was feeling and i didn't have to go through it alone.
