Looking for a person to speak with daily. Depression, self harm, and social anxiety.
I am a 16 year old female and I am looking for a listener who will be available most days from 4-6 pm eastern time. I am going through a few things and it would be nice to have someone to talk to. It doesn't matter if the listener is male or female but I would prefer someone who is 16-17. Thanks. (I hope I did this rightI'mstill a newbie)

Hai, I'm not a listener but I'm 15 and suffer from depression bipolar social anxiety panic attacks alcohol and drug abuse bulimic and anorexic depersonalization-derealization and self harm I've been in a psych hospital 5 times [edited: sharing social media and connecting off site is not allowed by 7 Cups community guidelines] I think I would really be helpful even tho I'm young I've been through a lot and I'm a good listener and advice giver
