Hey Y’all this is Tony Quan from Denville teaching and reaching out about mental health awareness. I’m looking to grow as a listener and develop skills to help and heal all. I hope everyone stays healthy and well. If you have any issues please reach out and seek out immediate help. As a fighter I love throwing punches and spending my energy. My fighting experience helps me recognize when people are being hurt. Punches hurt and even words hurt. We must recognize the major need for unity on the internet and the major need for mental health awareness across the globe. The internet is not a small environment. I’m joining this community to hopefully find others like me and create a community centered around helping others by simply listening and giving a voice online.
