Hi all. I'm looking for a compatible long-term listener to support me as I work through some issues.

I have anxiety and depression. I would like to create a system to work through issues in my life that have affected me (especially in the area of self-esteem).

I'm not necessarily looking for live chat as my availability varies a lot. As long as a listener can respond within a reasonable amount of time (according to any boundaries we set), I'll be happy. If you think you'd like to help, please let me know. Thank you in advance!
