Queerdo seeking an ear and advice

Trans, but not transitioning. Queer, but in a seemingly hetero relationship. Step-"mom". Moving and bringing family with. Change in careers. Legally homeless, although continuing to live with partner and kids.
Life is an absolute mess and I have anxiety, depression, and PTSD on top of it all. Amazingly, I'm still functioning.
Does any of this sound familiar? I'd love to talk about it. Massive bonus points if you're trans and willing to talk about your experience with (or without) transitioning.
