Someone who doesn't mind a work in progress

My name is Scorpius and I have been working on my issues with professionals but still find myself in slumps or just needing an ear to vent to. I'm 24 years old, FTM transgender who is not currently enrolled in college, and work full-time in the laboratory of a major hospital/trauma center.

I struggle with major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, and arthritis. I'm also in a polygamous relationship.

Please do not try and cheer me up or inspire me with anything religious.
