@sweetrosa I am not a certified listener, or been through weight loss surgery. I have several relatives who have had successful weight loss surgeries and absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone. I even supported someone in their journey with it... but I am not dedicated enough to do it myself.
@CookedCarrots aww, congrats to your family for making big life changes. 😊 Was there any reason for not doing your big change? Was it is nerves? Or another reason? I'm nervous too. ☹️
I has Lap roux en y in 2002 and lost 127lbs total…and to clarify I meant I achieved a max loss of 127lbs off of my body but still yo yo around with the ups and downs, and am very familiar with the concept or “back to basics” to realign your mindset back to one a weight loss surgery patient is taught from surgery consult to the appt where they say “come back in 5 years now instead of annually, now that you are X amt of years post op.” I’m not a certified listener on 7 cups but have been looking at the academy forums and have a listener I speak with for my own bugaboos.
