i use she/her and they/them for my pronouns
my main problem is that I'm suicidal, and have been feeling really depressed for the past few months.
My panic attacks are happening more and more often and are worrying me
I speak french, french creole and english fluently, so we can converse in any of those three languages

I am sorry that you experience suicidal thoughts, they can be quite distressing. I hope you are getting the right support for this and your panic attacks.
Wow, so many languages! You are obviously very intelligent. I wish I knew more than one language; I'm jealous! <3
