looking for long term listiner

at this point i am looking for a listiner thats long term i mostly struggle with worrying too much at times and become very anxious i have Asperger syndrome so i would love someome who gets where i am coming from i am also ADHD i just want a listiner who gets it but hasn't been easy for me thank you for your time.
