Please repeat information that should have been provided at the start of the game due to inconsistencies. I am unsure which information I am expected to take as correct. Seems odd players without the rules need to explain penalties to avoid being penalized in return while those with the rules do not.

And normally you shouldn't have to explain why you penalize (since that also give away the rules to people who haven't figured it out yet). But in this case I didn't understand why I got penalized partly because I didn't notice that I put your name twice before having it pointed out and partly because it isn't a written rule of the game but it was fair. (Maybe it should be a rule since the typo was confusing)
