Hello

I'm a 26 year old guy from Australia. I'm married. I've struggled with anxiety most of my life, but the last year or so I have really come out of my shell and overcome most of my anxiety. Just here to seek guidance on a few loose ends and try to become a better person overall. I feel quite lonely, lost and like a shell of what a person should be.
