7Cups doesn't give me all notifications.

I feel that 7Cups is not giving me all notifications, because everyone once in a while, I come across a comment on one of my threads that I never saw before.  There is another reason why I don't feel like I'm getting all my notifications.  Sometimes some of the most active members who have left me comments don't respond back.  That also makes me wonder if maybe they aren't getting notified of all comments.  I'm not saying that is always the case, but I've been active on this site for about a quarter of a year now, and I feel like I'm noticing a pattern with this. 

When I get notifications, I take my time looking at everyone one of them.  Sometimes I will get an up vote, but no notification that the person wrote me something.  When I clicked on the up vote, I found that the person also wrote me a comment too.  Also I have been noticing that when I click on my notifications they don't always transport me to the correct location in the threads like they used too.
