About the online chat
Sorry I'm not sure where to make this thread exactly i hope its okay
Does anyone know how many time max chat you can get per day ? Because there's time I cant get new chat because it reached max of the day (?) but the next day after 24 hrs I can't get a new chat because the same reason
I kinda use a lot because the listener I get mostly gone easily ( 1 / 2 text message and then never reply back ) or sometimes maybe block me ( somehow their profile is gone ). This kinda make me sad that it didn't exactly help me with what I'm hoping for :((
@Lymon This isn't something that is being shared and it also seems to change, but again those thresholds aren't shared. As a hypothetical example people who still have a newbie badge may have less than those who have been here longer.
You can try replying to listeners in the forms, as I don't think there is ever a limit if a listener messages you first.
There are also the group chats as a place for support, but I know that's not the same for 1-1s.
