Activity: "Check-In Challenge" 🧠💬
Let’s make mental wellness a part of our daily lives! Here’s a simple yet powerful activity to help you check in with yourself and take care of your mental health.
How it works:
-
Find a quiet moment: Take a few minutes today to reflect on how you’re feeling. Are you feeling calm, anxious, tired, happy, or something else? 🌸
-
Answer these 3 questions:
-
What is one thing I’m grateful for today? 🙏
-
How am I feeling in this moment? (Be honest with yourself!) 💭
-
What’s one small thing I can do today to take care of myself? (This could be taking a walk, meditating, or simply resting.) 🌿
-
-
Share it with the community: If you feel comfortable, share your answers in the comments below or in our community forum! You’re not alone in this, and your thoughts could inspire others who are going through something similar. 💬
Why this activity?
Taking a few moments to check in with yourself helps you stay aware of your emotional and mental state. It also encourages you to practice gratitude and mindfulness, which are powerful tools for improving mental health. By sharing your responses, you also create an opportunity to connect with others and offer support to one another.

I've lost the person I have been chatting with for many months. Is it possible that 7 Cups software accidentally deleted it? How can this be fixed??
Hiya @DebbDebb what do you mean lost the person? do you mean you don't see their chat in your chatlist? Or?
Sometimes listeners go on breaks or deactivate their accounts too, so perhaps why it may have been a long time since y'all talked and cannot find them now.
If you remember their complete/ correct username, you can look for their profile by searching "7cups.com/@TheirUsername" on the browser.
You may also find them under the "listeners you've talked to" section on your dashboard somewhere. I'm not sure of the exact location for this, but a little scrolling on your member dashboard on the website may help or of course, if someone else here knows more about it, can guide!
See if you're able to find them either way?
