Advice: im Taking a plunge.
So as I have been talking about lately I've been learning the guitar. My entire life I've not only loved music but it's a freedom from the world when I listen to in. I have a eclectic taste in music, from classical, metal, prog rock/metal/ blues, Celine dion, THE Selena, symphonic metal, Celtics, Celtics woman....ect ect.... any ways I decided music is where I'm happiest, always have been, but growing up your urged to do more "professional" jobs.
At age 38, no experience i put in two apps for a guitar center. Yes I have no musical talent, and I'm just learning guitar, but I love being around that atmosphere and I have amazing retail and inventory experience. I no longer care how much I make at a job...I just want to be in a place I feel I belong. Something I believe in....anyways another reason I'm writing this is for advice .....is there any other jobs or opportunities I could look for in the music or instrument field that I might be able to do and eventually grow into other areas. I'd love to work on guitars or he'll even be a instrument cleaner one day. But retail would be just fine for me too. So any advice or direction I would be more than appreciative.

Fair play to you for trying something new. Life is way too short to be stuck doing something we are not passionate about and while I have no direct experience in this area, as Tone deaf as they come 😁 I am sharing so that others who are in the know, will share their advice with you. Genuinely, good luck 🥰
