A little heartbroken here.

If I knew falling in love meant making myself vulnerable, then I would have guarded myself better. Like... I gave someone I trusted an instruction manual to control me and my emotions... but it turned out that they can't *** read.

@MyDarkesthour88 Discovering that someone you trusted cannot fully understand and meet your emotional needs can be disheartening. It's natural to wish you had guarded yourself better from potential hurt.

Remember that vulnerability is a brave choice, but it doesn't always yield the expected outcome. While it may be disappointing, it's important to learn from this experience and reflect on what you truly need from a relationship. Setting boundaries and taking time to heal can help you protect yourself in the future.

Take care of yourself, surround yourself with supportive people, and don't hesitate to reach out if you need someone to talk to.

Nothing worse than feeling that betrayal and hurt.

I know you don't know me and I don't know you, but I can relate to this with past experiences however I would like you to know that you are not alone and I'm here for you and also you are hurting now but I fully know and believe that you will get through this stronger than ever.

Also if no one told you today, you are loved.
